After answering Meares who perjured himself the judge pulled his lip 3 times ,then his ear, then he digged his nostril 3 times. When I saw this I knew they were 33 degree masons. He then told Mr.Rauh and his Attorney Tee Garlington to go to his chambers and help him (Meares). I just said to my self I hope the Judge knows Meares went into his house for information. Although we appealed and had the right to go back to court I did not want to be around liars. When Meares lied in Court and said "I have never ever told anyone, 5 thousand per working person borrow or sell". They did not know we had the Tape which my Attorney told my husband to switch on and Meares's voice came on saying just what he said to his members. When I looked around, Cle Anderson, a member from the Evangel Church, slid down in her seat. I then asked if this was the way the courts work by helping the defendant. My attorney said he never saw anything like this in court.
