John Meares Cannot Lead Anyone!

If God called John Levin Meares to preach in Washington D.C and he left Washington to go to Maryland then he is out of the will of God and cannot lead anyone! Anybody who he leads will be out of God's will too.
The Holy Spirit gave me this scripture - Jeremiah 23: 30-32 and said "He did not send them or cal them."
